Service Terms and Conditions

• You cannot participate if you:
- Are under the age of 16 and have not presented a written & signed parental consent or a legal guardian.
- Are under the age of 10
- Are pregnant.
- Have a medical condition that may affect you.

•This event/activity will not operate in weather conditions that the Safety team deem to be a risk for its participants (Wind limit 14 knots - Wave limit 1 meter).

•No food or beverages allowed inside the resort.

•The guest will be responsible for all their belongings including and not limited to cameras, smart phones, sunglasses, jewelry or any personal belongings and shall not hold the organizer or any member of their team responsible for the loss of any of their belongings.

•Any medical conditions must be disclosed to a member of the team before departure. We are capable of accomodating those in wheelchairs, however the team must be notified 48hrs in advance.

•The organizer has the right to refuse late entry, and in this case the ticket holder will not be entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or seek compensation of any kind.

•Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited

•It’s not allowed to go to the beach or stay in the resort after finishing from the activity

•Taking pictures/videos at the resort is strictly prohibited

•No swimming beyond the allowed areas

•Inappropriate behaviors causing disturbance or noise are not allowed at the resort.

•Drugs, alcohol, or firearms are strictly prohibited at the resort.

•Visitors should leave the resort at the assigned times.

•The resort management has the full authority to prohibit entry for any visitor without stating any reason.

•Policies for refunding/rescheduling Experiences, Trips, and Water Activities:

-The customer has the right to request a refund for the amount paid when booking Experiences/Trips/Water Activities 48 hours prior to the participation date.
-The amount will be refunded in a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of submitting the refund request.
-If the reservation is made within 48 hours or less from the start date of the activity/event/trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
-If the Experiences/Trips/Water Activities booked is canceled due to weather conditions or any unavoidable circumstances, the customer has the right to reschedule the trip or request a refund within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of participation.
-If a refund is requested, and payment is made via Visa or MasterCard, the full amount minus bank fees will be refunded to the customer.
- No refunds will be approved for bookings made for under-aged guests as of the terms & conditions above.

• لا يمكن المشاركة لمن:
o هم أقل من عمر ١٦ سنة ولا يحمل موافقة من ولي الامر.
o هم أقل من عمر ١٠ سنوات.
o هم في فترة الحمل.
o لمن يعانون من حالات صحية والتي قد تأثر عليهم.

• لن يتم تشغيل هذه الفعالية في حال كانت الأجواء غير مناسبة والتي يقررها فريق السلامة الخاص بشركة ألف وسبعمائة وستون والتي قد تؤثر على سلامة المشاركين في الفعالية (في حال زيادة سرعة الهواء عن ١٤ عقدة – في حال زيادة ارتفاع الأمواج عن ١متر).

• لا يسمح بإحضار المأكولات والمشروبات داخل المنتجع.

• يتحمل صاحب التذكرة مسؤولية جميع المقتنيات الشخصية سواء كانت كاميرات، هواتف، نظارات، مجوهرات أو أي مقتنيات شخصية أخرى ولا يتحمل مسؤولية فقدان أي من المقتنيات الشخصية منظم الفعالية أو أي من أفراد طاقم العمل.

• يتحمل صاحب التذكرة مسؤولية التحقق من تاريخ، وقت، مكان، والعمر المسموح للفعالية كما يقر بالالتزام بالحضور قبل انطلاق الفعالية بمدة لا تقل عن ١٥ دقيقة.

• يقر صاحب التذكرة بالإفصاح عن أي حالات صحية قبل انطلاق الفعالية كما يمكننا نقل من هم على الكراسي المتحركة في حال اخطار منظم الفعالية بذلك خلال مدة لا تقل عن ٤٨ ساعة قبل انطلاق الفعالية.

• إعادة بيع التذكرة ممنوع منعا باتا

• يمنع التجول في المنتجع او الذهاب الى الشاطئ عند الانتهاء من النشاط

• يمنع التصوير داخل المنتجع منعا باتا.

•يمنع السباحة خارج النطاق المسموح به.

•يمنع دخول سيارات الزوار.

•يمنع نهائيا التصرف بطريقة غير لائقة تسبب الازعاج او تسي للنزلاء.

•يمنع منعا باتا حيازة المخدرات أو الكحول أو السلاح.

• على الزائر مغادرة المنتجع في الوقت المحدد للزيارة.

• إدارة المنتجع لهاكامل السلطة بمنع الزائرين من الدخول بدون إبداء أي سبب.

• سياسة الفترة الزمنية لاسترجاع مبلغ الرحلة أو الخدمة أو إعادة جدولتها:

- يحق للعميل استرجاع مبلغ النشاط/الفعالية/الرحلة قبل موعدها بحد اقصى 48 ساعة
- يتم إعادة المبلغ خلال مدة أقصاها ٥ أيام عملمن تاريخ تقديم طلب الاسترجاع
- في حال تم الحجز خلال ٤٨ ساعة أو أقل من موعد انطلاق النشاط/الفعالية/الرحلة يكون الحجز غير قابل للاسترداد.
- في حال تم الغاء النشاط/الفعالية/الرحلة بسبب الأحوال الجوية او لاي سبب اخر خارج عن ارادتنا يتم التواصل مع العميل اما لإعادة جدولة الرحلة او لإعادة المبلغ كاملاً للعميل خلال مدة أقصاها ٥ أيام عمل من تاريخ الرحلة أو الخدمة المحددة.
- عند طلب الاسترجاع وفي حال تم الدفع عن طريق فيزا او ماستركارد يتم خصم مبلغ الرسوم البنكية من العميل.
- لن يتم الاعتماد والموافقة على أي عملية استرجاع في حالة تم الحجز لمن هم دون العمر المسموح ولا تنطبق عليهم الشروط والأحكام الموضحة أعلاه.
