You demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and I'd especially like to mention Mr. Tom, Ms. Annie, Mr. Hattan, and Mr. Faris from the reception team. - Mr. Faris: My experience with the reception was outstanding thanks to Mr. Faris, who welcomed me warmly and with a big smile. He showed great professionalism in guiding the parking arrangements and calling the golf cart, which made the start of my experience smooth and comfortable. His attentiveness and dedication to details were clear indicators of your company's commitment to providing excellent service. - Ms. Annie made tremendous efforts in coordinating the diving schedules with Mr. Tom, ensuring all my needs were met. Her dedication left a lasting positive impression. Additionally, she generously offered me free use of a dive computer and an extra tank to compensate for an unforeseen delay, which greatly contributed to an enjoyable and comfortable diving experience. - Mr. Tom exhibited exceptional professionalism and possesses extensive knowledge of the marine landmarks and underwater life. He put in significant effort to allow me to capture numerous photos, enriching my experience. Upon learning that I was returning to diving after a 20-year break, he recommended a variety of specialized courses to help me regain and refine my previous skills. Great Please. Hatan and Tom really provided a great experience and I would definitely try again. if i want to suggest something, I only suggest doing a pack where you can spend an entire day scupa diving and sunbathing (apparently no decent places provide sunbathing) . - Salman
